So according to you, Jesus is really just the Savior of ONLY those who believe right? If I show you a scripture that says otherwise, will you believe it? Let’s see;

1 Timothy 4:10 For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the SAVIOR OF ALL MEN, ESPECIALLY of those who believe.

First and foremost, God is the Savior of ALL MEN and that is a statement of fact. God is “especially” the Savior of believers because believers trust in the living God but especially does NOT mean exclusively. The salvation that is in Christ is not only determined by the state of man’s belief before death, so here is the real question – how does one come to believe and have faith in Jesus Christ? Is this something that we can do by ourselves? Not according to the scriptures;

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye SAVED THROUGH FAITH; and that not of yourselves: IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD:

Being saved requires “grace” and “faith” but both are gifts of God so we cannot just choose to have faith in Jesus on our own wills hence the well known scripture that tells us that it is God that works in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure (Philippians 2:13).

In regards to being lost, destroyed or perished, do the scriptures really teach that this is a condition that one cannot be restored from? Jesus was “destroyed” by the Jews when He was flogged and nailed to the cross but God raised Him up from the dead (Matthew 12:14, John 2:19). The words lost, destroy, and perish are ALL translated from the same Greek word “apollymi” and scripture tells us this truth;

Matthew 18:11 For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost (Greek – apollymi). Will Christ fail at saving those who are “apollymi” – lost, destroyed, or perished? Even the righteous are said to perish (Isaiah 57:1) but that is not their final destiny is it? Of course not…

The gospel you believe and the gospel that is preached in virtually all Christian churches all over the world is NOT the same gospel that the Apostles preached. The gospel of Christianity is a counterfeit gospel. The Apostles preached the gospel of the ministry of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:18-19 Now all is of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION, that is, that God was in Christ RECONCILING THE WORLD TO HIMSELF, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

There are virtually NO Christian churches that preach the word of God reconciling the world to Himself (universal reconciliation) which is the ministry of reconciliation. Most people including you believe that God will fail at reconciling the world to Himself because you think that most will suffer eternal death. You do not believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world. Consider this;

Luke 18:7-8 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless WHEN the Son of man cometh, SHALL HE FIND FAITH ON THE EARTH?

The Greek word “ara” is translated as the word “when” in Luke 18:8. The word “ara” is a Greek interrogative participle that implies a negative response. Let me show you another scripture that will explain how this word works;

Galatians 2:17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is THEREFORE Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

In Galatians 2:17, the word “therefore” is translated from the same Greek word “ara” which again implies a negative response but in this scripture, the presumed negative response is provided, GOD FORBID…

Looking back at Luke 18:8, when Christ asks the question, “shall the son of man find faith on the earth when he comes”? The answer is virtually no save God’s elect (the chosen few) who God will avenge. This is why Christ compares his coming to the days of Noah when only 8 people were saved Matthew 24:37, 1 Peter 3:20).

You say that you believe that there is life for some and death for others but that is not what the bible says;

Hebrews 2:9 But we see JESUS, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, THAT HE, BY THE GRACE OF GOD, SHOULD TASTE DEATH FOR EVERYONE.

Jesus DIED to atone for the sins of the world…

1 John 2:2 And He Himself [Jesus Christ] is THE PROPITIATION FOR OUR SINS, AND NOT FOR OURS ONLY BUT ALSO FOR THE WHOLE WORLD.

1 Corinthians 15:26 The last enemy that will be destroyed [abolished] is death.

How can death be abolished if people are sentenced to eternal death? How are ALL made alive in Christ if MOST will still be dead in Adam (1 Corinthians 15:22)? As long as people are still suffering from the consequences of sin which is death, then Christ’s atonement on the cross was not sufficient and His sacrifice is made to be a mockery. Eternal destruction makes the resurrection have no significance whatsoever. This is what Christ tells us;

John 5:28-29 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which ALL THAT ARE IN THE GRAVES SHALL HEAR HIS VOICE, And SHALL COME FORTH; they that have done good, unto the RESURRECTION OF LIFE; and they that have done evil, unto the RESURRECTION OF JUDGMENT.

If believers are experiencing “eternal life” in heaven with God after death, then what is the purpose of a resurrection to LIFE? Only dead people can be resurrected to life which is why people come forth from the GRAVES.

Believers are not rewarded with eternal life but rather “aionious” life which is age-lasting life. This age of “extended life” is referred to as the 1,000 year reign with Christ in the kingdom of God on earth and not in some magical heaven in the clouds. 1,000 years is NOT eternity but rather an age. After the 1,000 year reign of God’s saints in the kingdom of God, the resurrection to judgement will begin and all who rise in this resurrection (which is the majority of the world) will have missed out on reigning with Christ. They will also suffer the loss of going through the “second death” which is not a literal death but the destruction of our sinful carnality. Now, I know that most believe that God’s judgment requires torturing people with fire or like you that they will just cease to exist but what is the purpose of judgment? What would be the purpose for Christ to resurrect people to judgment only to kill them off permanently? Why not just leave them dead? This is what the bible says;

Psalm 9:8 And HE SHALL JUDGE THE WORLD IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

This is what happens when God’s judgments are in the earth;

Isaiah 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for WHEN THY JUDGMENTS ARE IN THE EARTH, THE INHABITANTS OF THE WORLD WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Notice that the prophet Isaiah says WHEN thy judgments are in the earth proving that God’s judgments are not presently in the earth during this wicked age while Satan has full reign to deceive the world. In a future age to come, an age of judgment in the resurrection to judgment, God will teach righteousness to the inhabitants of the world. God’s saints (the chosen few that overcome the world) will be appointed as wise Judges and they will judge the world which will result in many being turned to righteousness (1 Corinthians 6:2, Daniel 12:3).

In Acts 4:12, we are told that there is NO name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. That name of course is Jesus Christ and it is this name that we must confess with our mouth in order to be saved right (Romans 10:9)?

Philippians 2:9-11 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, THAT AT THE NAME OF JESUS every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and THAT EVERY TONGUE WILL CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, to the glory of God the Father.

So, all will be saved in the end, but salvation comes to us in our own order. We are not just saved “anyway” meaning that we shouldn’t have a care in the world as you suggest. If you really have a heart for the truth, you cannot ignore my words. In the resurrection to judgment, many people will rise not realizing that they have missed out on reigning with Christ in the kingdom of God which is why there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
